Eligible Entities: Private sector, for-profit or not-for-profit business that has 4 or more employees, at least one physical location in NYS at the time of application, funds expended on employees working at the applicant's NYS facilities
Focus: To support employer strategies and local efforts for lifelong learning for the development of incumbent (employed) workers by providing WIA funds for upgrading the occupational skills of thos workers.
